Chef Jiro Onoda started his career in Japanese cuisine in Ginza, the heart of Tokyo where there are many star awarded restaurants. He has expanded his opportunities in Shanghai and Vancouver Canada.
Not only is he passionate about making sushi but also about introducing the traditional Japanese food culture to the world. He speaks English and Mandarine Chinese fluently.
